Please take a moment before reading on because the story you are about to read about is unbelievable, but it is, unfortunately true. Not only am I going to tell the story but I am going to upload all the evidence of a horrifying story of a decade of repeated police brutality in Washington DC. The people that know of this corruption and violence and either participated or did nothing to stop this brutal assault on my rights, my property, my family and my very life. As a USAF Veteran and Intelligence Analyst, I am disgusted at the behavior of these officers but also of the people in our government who refuse to hold these viciously officers, and the. US Distrcit attorney for their culpability. I am a law abind citizen who fought for my country. How dare these known racist assholes deprive me of the very rights of all Americans I fought to protect and did honorably so. The people who either conspired to deprive me of my rights, deprived me of my rights, or failed in their duty to prevent these continued atrocities and what they did:
– The US Office for the Attorney General for the District of Columbia along with the DCMPD conspired to knowingly violate US BRADY LAWS by withholding evidence favorable to a defendant on multiple occasions (particularly cases of police brutality on 26Jan2021, 25July2024, 05April2025) and by hiding and manipulating evidence which demand disclosure especially if it proves a defendants’ innocence. US District Attorney withheld evidence exonerating me nine times since 2017. Charges for most cases were dismissed or “no-papered”. Two falsified charges are pending and the District Attorney’s office continues to attempt to prosecute me while withholding the evidence exonerating me of all charges.
– Former DCMPD Detective Shay Mattera and liason to the Federal Buereau of Investigation ( FBI/JTTF) in 2017, conduct an illegal surveillance operation in a concerted effort between the DCMPD, the FBI/Joint Terrorism Task Forceutlized illegal surveillance to manipulate social media video taken from an African immigrant UBER Driver, facebook account, and accused me of a plot to kill all the white people in one night, November 5th, 2017. His psychosis in this plot is so twisted and devilish he, as the DCMPD Liasion to the FBI/ JOINT Terrorism Task force
– Ofc. Matthew “n-beating” Nickerson (and yes the community and the DCMPD knows his history of hatred and racist violence against non-whites. not only did he violently and brutally assault me and HUNDREDS of innocent civilians in including women and children, he also discriminated against his own fellow police officers. he’s a bonafide neo-nazi and was proven to have kept company with known affiliates of several groups listed on the website of the Southern Poverty Law Center as nazi and neo-nazi hate groups). As some many may know, Officer Matthew Nickerson, an officer with history of corruption, racist violence, and religious discrimination, violently violated my right. Nickerson and more than eight DCMPD officers forcibly and unlawfully entered my home and without a warrant, or probable cause, then when asked for a warrant, they refused and beat, handcuffed, and tasered me while handcuffed naked and wet from the shower in my own home, on January 26, 2021. I was charged with assaulting a police officer, a charge later dismissed on July 21, 2021. During a live press conference on mental health on May 13, Mayor Muriel Bowser stated she doesn’t approve of cops breaking rules and told me she would follow up. I haven’t heard from her office in months. Thankfully, Mitch Ryals, of Washington City Paper, published a detailed article about the ordeal which helped to shed light on the truth of the matter. So did Newsweek. Unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten resolution, and the violent racist officers, are still on the police force. As a matter fact, the same racist violent corrupt cop, Officer Matthew Nickerson was awarded a Ribbon of Valor in October of 2021… pretty horrifying!
Now over 18 months later, I still need help with rising medical and legal expenses associated with the DCMPD’s violent and brutal attack. These corrupt cops violated my fourth amendment rights, and violated US Code Title 18 section 241 and section 242, Deprivation of rights under color of law. Some of the initial body-worn camera footage from the incident is attached below. You will see DCMPD heavily edited the video, cutting out much of the officers violations, and hiding the identity of the officers and their badge numbers. If these officers were not guilty of any wrong doing, why were the videos so heavily redacted? I am still trying to get the full un-redacted video of all the Body Worn Camera Footage of all the officers involved.
