US vs Lennon English | Brady Violations by US District Attorney

Great Rising Your Highnesses, I hope you are exceedingly well. I am a songwriter, veteran, and repeat victim of police brutality. There is a recent development in my case that indicates the US District Attorney for the Disrtcit of Columbia (DC), the DCMPD, and OPC knowingly withheld Brady Evidence in a trial in which they falsified charges, then sealed it, then lied about its existence to DC Superior Court Judge Israel:

On July 25, 2024, I called 911 to report a home invasion. I was the one asking for help. According to public court records, responding officers arrived approximately 40 minutes late. Instead of assisting, I was detained, physically assaulted in my home, and arrested. I was then charged with assault on a police officer and assault with a deadly weapon.

According to filings and case proceedings, official reports tied to my arrest contain statements made by officers that were proven by internal investigations to be false and misrepresents the truth of what was found in the body worn camera footage.

It didn’t stop there. Evidence that could support my innocence—Brady evidence—was known about as early as September 2024-January 2025, was knowingly withheld during discovery. My defense requested this material multiple times and was denied access by the district attorney’s office while records then sealed the reports. The existence of that evidence was later denied in court.
