In 2017, I was put on a gov’t watchlist. Judge Sean Staples ordered my removal from the High Intensity Security Program and any other surveillance programs I’d been added to since it was all unlawful. The Judge told the DA he was compromising my rights to freedom of speech as well as my fourth amendment rights against unlawful search and seizure and nine months later, my case was dismissed. Here it is 2023 and I am still on the watchlist. Well those motherfuckas gonna watch this lawsuit roll in real hot! ✊🏿🎩
